Carrie Brown Photography & Video I have more than 20 years of experience focused exclusively on legal photography and video. A photograph or video is often one of the most powerful tools you can use to gain the advantage for your client. A single photograph or a short (10-minute) video can be the unifying concept highlighting the strongest most supportive issues of your client’s case ("theme" of a case during litigation). Videos bring expert testimony alive without the uncertainty, hassle and expense of an expert’s court appearance. A video deposition provides scheduling flexibility, a visual context to the printed word which can often make the critical difference in presenting the testimony in the best possible light for your client, and saves you time and money.

Why be forced to paint a picture with words when you can hand your audience the picture itself - thus avoiding false memories or wrong impressions? With close-ups, demonstration models and illustrations mixed in, the photographic or video evidence or testimony can have tremendous impact at mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences or in court. After I edit the raw video (removing the objections and delays) you can provide a clear, concise and uninterrupted video exhibit that will hold the (your) viewers' attention.

I provide personal, one-on-one service, so you know the job will be done right, often with very short turnaround times. I'll work directly with your office, and your client or expert, to provide you with visual information to clarify focus and reinforce your case.
